A second floor level contains a living room, dining room, and kitchen (a powder room if off the kitchen).

There are 3 levels of decks.

A spiral staircase leads to a rooftop deck, which has a table, chairs, and a pool table.

There is a fenced in backyard, which contains an in-ground pool, ( approximately 14 x 28 and 3-6 ft. deep.)

A stainless steel grill is located on the second floor deck ( which is off directly off the kitchen).

The bay beach ( with lifeguards and playground) is approximately 20 blocks south.

Beach badges are required at every beach; we provide 6 at no additional charge.

There are enough beds for 11 plus a pull out couch.

The bathrooms are located: a private bath off the master bedroom, a second full bath next to the other two bedrooms, and the 4th bedroom has a private 1/2 bath. There is a powder room off the kitchen and an outside shower.

Bed sizes are as follows: The master bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a bunk bed and trundle, # 3 has a queen bed, and # 4 has a bunk bed, twin, and a trundle. Linens at not included; however you can rent them from http://www.bedbathlinenrentals.com/

Safety first! Please review the safety rules concerning the roof and pool with your children.

Due to the location of the house, There can be high winds off the bay. Do not use the gas grill and the gas heater for the pool heater should be turned off when the wind is above 10 mph.

The switch for the heater is on the left side of the heater.(black)

These are a few items that you may need for vacation.

We will have stocked the house with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and detergents.

Please replace what you use for the next tenant.

6 beach badges are provided(replacement cost is $40 each) they can be found in the small sail boat box

Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday. You must use plastic bags.

The lids must be placed on the cans to stop the seagulls from making a mess.

Recyclable are picked up Tuesday. Place only beer bottles in shoot.

The outside shower is very nice. We highly recommend you use it when returning from the beach to minimize sand in the house.We also recommend covering the pool with the solar cover when not in use, especially at night. This will increase the water temperature to 88º - 94º (on warm days).
